Privacy Policy
Executive Car Service NYC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or book service, we collect the details needed to fulfill your reservation: name, contact information, pickup and destination addresses, flight numbers, and trip preferences.
How it is used
Your information is used to quote, coordinate, and deliver your transportation — and to communicate with you about your reservations. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Sharing
Trip details are shared only with the dispatch and chauffeur personnel involved in your service, and with service providers required to fulfill your reservation.
Data security
Reservation and contact data is retained only as long as needed for operations, billing, and legal requirements, and is protected with appropriate safeguards.
Choose the information you send
For a quote, provide the travel details needed to identify the itinerary: pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and a contact method. For an airport arrival, an airline and flight number help identify the correct flight. Use the street entrance rather than an apartment access code when the entrance is sufficient. You can describe a mobility or luggage requirement without including an unrelated medical history.
Do not include payment card numbers, passport images, passwords or other sensitive documents in the email request form. That form prepares a message in your own email application; review its contents and recipients before sending. If you need to discuss information beyond the ordinary itinerary, ask reservations which details are necessary before sharing them.
Booking tools and email
The contact page includes an embedded booking tool hosted at book.mylimobiz.com and an option to open that tool separately. Review the notices and terms shown in the booking tool before entering information or confirming a reservation. The email request uses your email application, so its draft, sent-message history and delivery settings remain part of that application.
Correcting a travel request
If an address, flight number or passenger contact is wrong, send a correction before the trip. Identify the reservation or quote and say which details have changed. For an assistant arranging travel, distinguish your contact information from the traveler’s so itinerary messages reach the right person. Avoid sending a full passenger list when only one corrected contact is needed.
For questions about information you have supplied, use the email below and identify the request sufficiently for reservations to locate it. Do not send identity documents with an initial inquiry. Describe what you want corrected or clarified, and ask what information is needed to handle the request.
