These terms govern transportation services provided by Executive Car Service NYC.

Quotes and pricing

All trips are quoted by itinerary and confirmed before booking. Confirmed quotes are honored as agreed; material itinerary changes may be re-quoted with your approval.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed by dispatch. Providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information is the client's responsibility.

Waiting time and changes

Airport pickups include a reasonable post-landing grace period. Additional waiting, added stops, or extended hourly time may adjust the fare, always confirmed before being applied.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided with your quote and vary by trip type and notice period. Contact dispatch as early as possible when plans change.

Conduct and safety

We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct. Chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; client requests that conflict with safety or law cannot be accommodated.
